<br />7. Condemnation. In the e.ent the Properly, or any part thereoC, shall be taken by eminent domain, the Mortgagee
<br />is empowered to collect and receive all compensation which may be paid Cor any properly taken or Cor damages to properly
<br />not taken, and Mortgagee shall apply such compensation, at its option, either to a reduction of the indebtedness secured

<br />8. Performance by Mortgagee. Mortgagee may, but shall ha.e no obligation, to do any act wbich the Morlga<<or

<br />be entitled, at its sole option and without notice, to declare a1lsUIIIS seCUNd by this Mortgage to be immediately due and
<br />payable and may commence Coreclosure oC this M"rtgajle by judicial proceedings; and, provided further, that upon auch
<br />default the Mortgagee, or a n!Ceiverappointed by a court, may at ita option and without regard to tbeadeqwlCY of the
