COCHRAN, husband and <br />wife, each in his and her own right and as spouse of the other, <br />herein called the Grantors, in consideration of FIFTY THOUSAND <br />FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/IOO DOLLARS ($50,500.00) received from <br />Grantees, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto <br />DAVID R. BERGHOLZ and SHERRI L.
