Cudaback and Anna M. CUdaback, husband and wife, et a1., are Defendants, the obj ect and prayer of which is to obtain an accounting from the Defendants, Glen G. and Anna N. Cudaback, husband and wife, and Terry J. and PamilaK. Cook, husband and wife, of the amount due the Plaintiff on a certain mortgage executed by Terry J. Cook and Pami1a K. Cook, to Superior Mortgage, Inc. dated l1arch 16, 1981 and filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 81-001258 and assigned to KebraskaMortgage Finance Fund on March 26, 1981 and filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 81- 001481 wherein Terry J. and Pamila K. Cook mortgaged and conveyed to Plaintiff, or to the Plaintiff as beneficiary, the following described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: Lot One (1), in Block Sixteen (16), H.G. Clark's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; to obtain a foreclosure of the mortgage and to have the same declared a lien on the interest of Glen G, Cudaback and Anna M. Cudaback and Terry J. and Pamila K.
