Kratz. attorney for ROnald E. Sorensen, <br />Commissioner of Labor of the State of Nebraska, does hereby certify <br />that Stanley Sinsel, an individual, doing business as Sinsel <br />Erection, in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, is indebted to <br />the Unemployment Compensation Fund of the State of Nebraska for <br />contributions due on his employment for the second, third and <br />fourth quarters of 1981. the second and fourth quarters of 1982, <br />and the first quarter of 1982 in the sum of $1,204.25, and interest <br />in the sum of $154.12. with interest at the rate of one percent <br />per month on the sum of $1.204.25 from September 30. 1983. <br /> <br />By reason thereof. said Ronald E. Sorensen, Commissioner of <br />Labor, on behalf of the Unemployment Compensation Fund, hereby claims <br />a lien in the sum of $1,358.37. with interest at the rate of one <br />percent per month on the sum of $1.204.25 until paid, upon any and <br />all property, real or personal. of said Stanley Sinsel, doing business <br />as Sinsel Erection and specifically claims a lien on the fOllowing <br />described property: <br /> <br />The Westerly Thirty-three (33) Feet of Lot Two (2) <br />in Fractional Block Fourteen (14) in Bonnie Brae <br />Addition and its complement.
