<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above descrined,
<br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
<br />thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee and to his heirs
<br />and assigns forever. And we hereby covenant with t.he said
<br />Grantee and with his heirs and assigns, that we are lawfully
<br />seized of said premises, that they are free from encumbrance;
