That he is the Assistant Secretary and Assistant General Counsel of Norwest Corporation, a Delaware Corporation, which is a bank holding company under the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956 as amended, 12 U.S,C. 1841, et seq.; 2. That Norvellt Corporation is the principal shareholder of Norvest !lank Omaha South, National Association (the "Bank"); 3. That effective May 1, 1983, the name of the Bank was changed from Northwestern National Bank to Norvest Bank Omaha South, National Aasociation; 4. That 12 U.S.C. 30, as amended, requires that notice of the change of name of a national hank be given to the Comptroller of the Currency; 5. That attaChed hereto aa Exhibit A is a true and correct copy of a letter dated June 1, 1983, from the National Bank Examiner of the Tenth National Bank Region, Comptroller of the Currency, acknowledging receipt of notice of name change of the Norvest Corporation national banks pursuant to 12 U.S.C. 30, and an attached enclOsure thereto which contains a list of Noewest Corporation national banka located in Nebraska with their former name in the left column and their new name, effective May 1, 1983, in the right col_; 6. That the ssal of Norvest Corporation is hereunto affixed. 7. Thst this Affidavit snd CertifiCation is given for the purpose of identifying the Bank and certifying that ssid bank's name haa been cbanged.
