<br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN;

<br />WHEREAS, Kirk A, Schmidt, a single person, as Trustor, on October
<br />13, 1981, made, executed and delivered to Lawyers Title InsuranceCorporatlOll,
<br />as Trustee, a deed of tr'ust cover"ing the folfowing described property, to-wit:
<br />
<br />The Westeriy Twenty-six (26) feet of Lot Three (3), in Block Sixteen
<br />(16), in the Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Half County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />
<br />WHER EAS, said deed of trust was given as security for the payment of
<br />a cel"tain note on the same date by Kirk A, Schmidt, a single person, to Superior
<br />Mortgage, Inc., the Beneficiary of said deed of trust, which deed of trust was
<br />recorded on in the office of the Hegister of Deeds of Half County, Nebraska, on
<br />October 13, 1981 as Instrument No. 81-005241 of the Mortgage Records; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, on October 30, 1981, Superior Mortgage, lnc" assigned and
<br />conveyed ail of its inter'est in such deed of trust and note to Norwest Mortgage,
<br />I nc., formerly known as Banco P,lot"tgage Compan,>', by executing a wr-itten assign-
<br />ment of the same which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Half
<br />County, Nebraska, on November 10,1981 as Instrument No. 81-005664; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, on August ~,3, 1980 the undersigned was duly appointed and
<br />substituted as the T "u",tee of the above described deed or trust; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, d bn"ach of the obilgation 1'0" whiCh the trust property
<br />\Vas conveyed as securit'l t1as occurred, to"wit: Kir~k A. Schmidt, a singie per-
<br />son, has whoJly faded, neglected and !'efu"ed to pay the pr'incipal and interest
<br />due for' the months of February 1983 through September 1983, inclusive, on said
