Muchmore and Evelyn M. Muchmore are Defendants, the object and prayer of which is to obtain an accounting from said Defendants of the amount due Plain- tiff on the mortgage dated the 20th day of April, 1978, and filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on the 21st day of April, 1978, as Document No. 78-002324, wherein James T. Muchmore and Evelyn M. Muchmore, mortgaged and conveyed to Plaintiff the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit: Lots One (1) and Three (3), and the complement to Lot One (l) being one-half of the vacated Prospect Street, all in Block Sixteen (16), in University Place, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, to obtain a foreclosure of said mortgage and to have the same declared a lien upon the interest of James T. and Evelyn M.
