<br />JACK L. HANSEN and JANICE A HANSEN, Husband and Wife, whether one
<br />orllPre, herein called the Ihrtgagpr, and '!be Overland National Bank of
<br />Grand Island, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the M::lrtgagee,
<br />hereby agree as follows ;

<br />1. Ihrtgagor has executed and delivered to M::lrtgagee a real estate
<br />llD~ dated January 8, 1982, and recorded on January 27, 1982, as f.bculent
<br />N:>. 82-000305.. in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />inconsideration of a certain l"IJ)rtgage note for $100,000.00, a valid subsisting
<br />otiligation of the ~rtgagor, and paynent of the ranainder of the principal
<br />and accrued interest thereon shall be due according to the terms of the
<br />a1'oranentioned real estate llPrtgage, lJI)dified and payable in the fonowing
<br />manner:

<br />A prcmissory note date May 16, 1983, on which a principal
<br />balance of $15,000 now ranains unpaid. and a nnrt~ note
<br />dated January 8, 1982, on which a principal balance of
<br />$73,333.44 now ranains unpaid, will be caroined and con-
<br />sidered as one note with a principal balance of $88,333.44
<br />remaining lmpaid on August 15. 1983; with the entire debt
<br />being secured by above described llDrtgage. Said note vlill
<br />be repaid in rronth1y principal payments of $1.666.66 plus
<br />accrued interest beginning on Septfffi:ler 15, 1983, and
<br />continuing I'DI1th1y until August 15. 1984 when the entire
<br />unpaid principal balance plus accrued interest will be
<br />fully due and payable. The interest rate will (xmtinue to
<br />float at .ff{ over The Overland National Bank of Grand Island
<br />Base Hate.

<br />2. All other texms and conditions contained in the original real
<br />estate 1lOrt~ dated March 30. 1978. shall remain the SSIOO, and this
<br />M::xl.ification and Exu.>[lSion Agra'!llent is made a part of the original real
<br />€State llPrt~ by reference and shall inure to all o,.UCceb..'<iOl"S and assigns
