<br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Kirk A. Schmidt, a single person, as Trustor, on October
<br />13, 1981, made, executed and delivered to Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation,
<br />as Trustee, a deed of trust covering the following described property, to-wit:
<br />
<br />The Westerly Twenty-six (26) feet of Lot Three (3), in Block Sixteen
<br />(16), in the Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said deed of trust was given as security for the payment of
<br />a certain nota on the same date by Kirk A. Schmidt, a single person, to Superior
<br />Mortgage, Inc., the Beneficiary of said deed of trust, which deed of trust was
<br />recorded on in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />October 13, 1981 as Instrument No. 81-005241 of the Mortgage Records; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, on October 30, 1981, Superior Mortgage, Inc., assigned and
<br />conveyed all of its interest in such deed of trust and note to Norwest Mortgage,
<br />Inc., formerly known as Banco Mortgage Company, by executing a written assign-
<br />ment of the same which was !'ecorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, on November 1 0, 'J 981 as I nstrument No. 81-005664; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS. on August 23. 1980 the undersigned was duly appointed and
<br />substituted as the Trustee of the above described deed of trust; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, a breach of the obligation for which the trust property
<br />was conveyed as security has occurred, to-wit: Kirk A. Schmidt, a single per-
<br />son, has wholly failed, neglected and refused to. pay the principal and interest
<br />due for the months of February 1983 through September 1983, inclusive, on said
<br />note, to the Beneficiar'y;
<br />
<br />THEREFORE, notice IS hereby given that the undersigned Tr'ustee at
<br />the request of the Beneficiary, and in consequence of said default, has elected
<br />to sell, 01' cause to be sOid, the above desCt'ibea real estate to satiSfy said obll-
<br />gatJon.
