<br />CORPORATION WARRANTY DEED
<br />
<br />The Grantor, ATCH'S OF GRAND ISLAND, INC., a wholly owned
<br />subsidiary of the Atchity Company, a corporation organized and
<br />existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of
<br />Nebraska, in consideration of SIXTY THOUSAND DOLLARS
<br />($60,000.00), received from Grantees, does grant, bargain, sell,
<br />convey and confirm unto VICTOR M. ATCHITY, ,TR. and DIANNE R.
<br />ATCBTTY, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of
<br />survivorship, herein called the Grantees, the following-described
<br />real property in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />Lot Three (3), Woodland First Subdivision to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />
<br />
<br />TO HA\~ ANn TO HOLD the above-described premises together
<br />with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging unto the Grantees and to Grantees' heirs and assigns
<br />forever.
<br />
<br />The Grantor, for itself and its successors and assigns, does
<br />hereby covenant with the Grantees and with Grantees' heirs and
<br />assigns that Grantor is laWfully seized of said premises; that
<br />they are free from encumbrance; that Grantor has good right and
<br />lawful authority to convey the same: Bnd that Grantor warrants
<br />and will defend the title to said premises against the lawful
<br />claims of all persons whomsoever.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has hereunto caused these
