<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that COMMERCIAL NATIONAL BANK
<br />& TRUST CO., of Grand Island, Nebraska, for valuable consideration
<br />to it, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
<br />does hereby release the following described real estate, situate
<br />in part of Lot One il), J & S Subdivision in the City of Grand
<br />Island, County of Hall, State of Nebraska, to wit:

<br />81-004315 in the 0ffice Df the Register of Deeds in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
