<br />RELEASE OF PART OF MORTGAGED PROPERTY

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that COMMERCIAL NATIONAL BANK
<br />& TRUST CO., of Grand Island, Nebraska, for valuable consideration
<br />to it, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
<br />does hereby release the following described real estate, situate
<br />in part of Lot Two (2l, J & S Subdivision in the City of Grand
<br />Island, County of Hall, State of Nebraska, to wit:
<br />
<br />Beginning at a point along the South line of Lot Two
<br />(2l, J & S Subdivision, lying 40 feet West of the East
<br />line of Section Twelve (12), Township Eleven (Ill
<br />North, Range Ten (10l West of the 6th P.M., said point
<br />also being the Southeast corner of Lot Two (2l, J &
<br />S Subdivision; thence proceeding in a northerly direct-
<br />ion along the East line of Lot Two (2), J & S Subdiv-
<br />ision, for a distance of 130 feet; thence deflecting
<br />left in a westerly direction along the North line of
<br />Lot Two (2l, J & S Subdivision, for a distance of 13
<br />feet; thence deflecting left in a southerly direction
<br />13 feet from and parallel to the East line of Lot Two
<br />(2), J & S Subdivision, for a distance of 130 feet;
<br />thence deflecting left in an easterly direction along
<br />the South line of Lot Two (2), J & S Subdivision, for
<br />a distance of 13 feet to the point of beginning;
<br />
<br />from the mortgage given thereon, together with other property,
<br />by Skate Island, Inc., which mortgage is recorded as Document No.
<br />81-004315 in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />
<br />And in consideration of sad payment it does hereby remise,
<br />release, and forever quitclaim unto said Commercial National Bank
<br />& Trust Co., its successors and assigns forever, all and singular,
<br />the land and premises hereinbefore ues~eLb~u, tugather with all
<br />and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
<br />thereto belonging; but it is expressly stipulated, agreed and
<br />understood that said mortgage is and shall be in full force,
<br />virtue and effect as against all the real estate described therein
<br />except the parcel herein released.
