SLEMONS and WILMA A. SLEMONS, as Joint Tenants with right of <br />survivorship, and not as tenants in common, the following described real <br />estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska: <br /> <br />Villa No.7 in Fairway Villas Condominium Property <br />Regime II, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with <br />all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, <br />unto the Grantees and to their assigns or to the heirs and assigns of <br />the survivor of them forever. And I hereby covenant with the Grantees and <br />with their assigns and with the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them, <br />that I am lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free from <br />encumbrance, except as stated in the Master Deed creating Fairway Villas <br />Condominium Property Regime No. II; and that I have good right and lawful <br />authority to sell the same; and I hereby covenant to warrant and defend <br />the title to said premises against the lawful claims of all persons <br />whomsoever. And the said Grantor hereby relinquishes all right, title, <br />claim and interest in and to the above described premises.
