<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,That Norwest Mortgage, Inc., an Iowa
<br />Corporation, the party of the first part, in consideration of th~ sum
<br />of Fifty Thousand and 00/100 Dollars laKful money of the Unite~
<br />States of America, to it in hand paid by SUPERIOR MORTGAGE INC., P.O.
<br />Box 168, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801, A Corporation, the party of
<br />the second part, at or before the ensea1ing and delivery of these
<br />presents, receipt whereon is hereby acknowledged, has granted,
<br />bargained, sold, assigned, transferred,and set over, and, by these
<br />presents, does grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer,transferred,
<br />and set over, unto the said party of the second part, its successors
<br />and assigns, a certain INDENTURE OF MORTGAGE, Bearing date 25th of
<br />July, 1983, Recorded Document 1/83-003912 of the l"lortgage Records of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska and made by Richard O. Pearson and Campbell A.
<br />Pearson, Husband and Wife to Superior Mortgage, Inc. and all its
<br />right, titlp. and interest to the premises therein described, as
<br />follows, to-wit:

<br />Lot One (1), Block Five (5), Charles Wasner's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska,
<br />
<br />Together with the note therein described, and the money due or to
<br />become due thereunder, including interest thereon, TO HAVE AND TO
<br />HOLD the same unto the said party of the second part, its successors
<br />and assigns forever, subject only to the provisions of said INDENTURE
<br />OF MORTGAGE therein contained.

<br />And the party of the first part does hereby make, constitute and
<br />appoint the said party of the second part, its tl'ue and lawful
<br />attorney, irrevocable, in its name, or otherwise, but at their own
<br />proper costs and charges, to have, use, and take all lawful ways and
<br />means for the recovery of the said money and interest, and, in case
<br />of payment, to discharge the same as the party of the first part
<br />might, or could do, if these presents were not made.
