<br />pin; thence South at right angles 140.5 feet to an iron pin; thence West 237 feet

<br />of the survivor of them that grantor is lawfnlly seised of said premises: that they are free from encumbrance

<br />It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event of the death of either of the grantees, the entire
