<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />John R. Brownell, Trustee and Grantor, in performance
<br />of said trust and by virtue of the power ,'md authority given
<br />in and by such instrument, and in consideration of O11e
<br />Dollar (~1. 00) and other good and valuable consideration,
<br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims and
<br />reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto, Grantee,
<br />the following described real estate (as defined in Nebraska
<br />Revised Statutes Section 76-201) in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />
<br />Lot Twenty-011e (21) Eaglewood Acres Subdivision,
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />This reconveyance is made in satisfaction of the obligation
<br />secured by the Trust Deed recorded as Document No. 83-002632 on
<br />May 26, 1983, in the office of the Hall County Register of
<br />Deeds, pursuant to Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76-
<br />1014.
<br />
<br />Grantor executes this instrument as Trustee and is not
<br />to be held liable in his individual capacity in anyway by
<br />reason of this instrument.
