<br />Clayton William Robb, as Trust2e under the revocable
<br />trust created by Verna G. Robb on November 10, 1977, herein
<br />called the Grantor, for and in consideration of the surnof
<br />One Dollar, the revocation of the trust, and other good and
<br />valuable consideration received from Grantee, does grant,
<br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Verna G. Robb, the
<br />following described real estate situated in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska:

<br />The South Forty-TwO Feet (S42') of Lots
<br />One (1), Two (2), and Three (3), in Block
<br />Two (2), in the Village of Doniphan, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described,
<br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
<br />thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's
<br />heirs, successors, and assians forever. And I hereby covenant
<br />with the said Grantee and with Grantee's heirs, successors, and
<br />assigns, that I am lawfully selzed of said premises, that
<br />they are free from enc~~rance, except those easements of
<br />record, and that I have good right and lawful authority to
<br />sell the same; anti I hereby covenant to warrant and defend
<br />the title to said premises against the lawful claims of all
<br />persons whomsoever. And the said Grantor hereby relinquishes
<br />all right, title, claim and interest in and to the above
<br />described premises.
