RATHBUN, husband and wife", <br />each in his and her own right and as spouse of each other, herein <br />called the Grantors, in consideration o~ TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) AND <br />OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION receivp.d from Grantees, do grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto SPEED R. RATHBUN and <br />CAROLYN J.
