<br />by a deed of trust, dated the 30th day of June A.D.
<br />198~, and recorded in the Register of Deeds office in and
<br />for Hall County, Nebraska , ~ 83-0039~
<br />~ Conveyed to Federal Diversified Services & Pacesetter Products,Inc.
<br />the property in said deed described, in trust, to secure the
<br />payment of the sum of Two Thousand Eighty Five DOLLARS,
<br />and the interest thereon, as in said deed fully described and
<br />set forth; and, whereas, the said Delbert D. Bers t
<br />ha~ fully paid and satisfied said debt, and are justly and
<br />legally entitled to a full release of the said deed of trust;
<br />and whereas said debt was due and owing to the Federal Diversified
<br />Services as Assignee at the time of payment, and payment
<br />was made to it.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, the said Pacesetter Products, Inc. & Federal

<br />hereby REMISE, RELEASE AND QUIT CLAIM unto the said
