<br />This Mortgage is entered into bet.ween GeraldA. Jantzi
<br />and Sophia Jantzi~ husband and ...iie; and Antonio TziICikidis
<br />and Christina TZirikidiS', huS'band and wH'e(herein mortgagor)
<br />and The Sti!rte Bank of Cairo, A Nebraska Banking Corporation
<br />(herein mortgagee).

<br />Mortgagor is lndebted to Mortgagee in the principal sum
<br />of $25;000. evidenced by Mortgagors' note dated August 16,
<br />1983 (herein Note) providing for payments of principal and
<br />interest, with the balance of the 1ndebtedness, if not sooner
<br />paid, due and payable on February 16, 1986.
<br />To secure the payment of the Note, with interest as
<br />provi ded therei n, the payment of all other sums, wioth
<br />interest advanced by Mortgagee to protect the security of
<br />this Mortgage, and the performance of the covenants and
<br />agreements of the Mortagagor contained herein. Mortgagor
<br />does hereby mortgage and convey to Mortgagee the following
<br />property located in Hall County, Nebraska.
