<br />CORPORATION WARRANTY DEED <br /> <br />83- 004358 <br /> <br />The Grantor, LUTHERAN HOSPITALS AND HOMES SOCIETY OF <br />AMERICA, a Non-Profit Corporation, with its principal offices <br />in Fargo, North Dakota (also known, and taking and granting <br />title to real estate as Lutheran Hospitals and Homes Society <br />of America, Inc., of Fargo, North Dakota, and Lutheran Hospital <br />and Homes Society of America) organized and existing under <br />and by virtue of the laws of the state of North Dakota, in <br />consideration of FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($15,000.00) re- <br />ceived from the Grantee, grants, bargains, sells, conveys, <br />transfers and confirms unto the Grantees, Thomas S. Nabity <br />and Jeanne M. Nabity, husband and wife, as tenants in common, <br />the following described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br /> <br />Lot Two (2), Medical Park Fourth Subdivision, <br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises together with all tenements, <br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the <br />Grantee, their heirs, personal representatives and assigns. <br /> <br />Grantor, for itself and its successors, covenants with <br />Grantees that: <br /> <br />1. Grantor is lawfully seised of the premises. <br />2. The premises are free from encumbrances. <br />3, The premises are conveyed subject to covenants, <br />conditions, restrictions, reservations, and ease- <br />ments of record. <br />4. Grantor has good right and lawful authority to <br />convey the premises. <br />5.
