<br />WHEREAS, Mortgagee is the holder of a certain promissory note made by Mortgagor, dated January 10, 1983,
<br />19 _, 10 the principal amount of $ 51,000,00 , open which the unpaid princIpal balance currently Is
<br />$-11.000,00 and/nterest has accrued thereon in tne amount of$ 4,107.94 as of theabbve.

<br />WH"'REAS, the payment and performanc& of said promissory note is secured by a real estate mortgage recorded

<br />WHEREAS, Mortgagor has requested and desires a modification and/or extension of the terms and provisions of
<br />said prom/ssorynote and mortgage, and Mortgagee Is agreeable to the same upon the terms and conditions
<br />hereinafter contained.
<br />
<br />NOW. THEREFORE, this Agreement:
<br />
<br />1. The parties stipulate and agree that the terms and provisions of the above-descrlbed promissory note are hereby
<br />modified and/or extended to provide that the unpaid balance thereon shall be payable as follow:
<br />
<br />Principal and accrued interest shall be due and payable on October 24, 1983.
<br />Interest rate shall be changed to 14.00% as of July 25, 1983.
<br />
<br />and that said real estate mortgage is amended accordingly.
<br />
<br />2, As modlfllld and/or elltended by this Agreement, the promissory note and mortgage are hereby ratified and
<br />confirmed. and if the terms and provisions contained in said promissory note and mortgage in any way conflict
<br />witl'l tile terms and provisions contained in this Agreement. the terms and provisions herein contained shall prevail.
<br />
<br />3, This Agreement shall be binding on the heirs. personal representatives, successors and assigns of the
<br />reapectlve parties.
