BOSSELMAN, DECEASED <br />(Hall County Court Case No. PR06~150), Grantors, convey and <br />reledse subject to restrictive covenants, easements and all other <br />restrictions of record, to BOSSELMAN FOUR INVESTMENT CO., L.P., a <br />Nebraska limited partnership, Grantee, the following described <br />real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br /> <br />Lot Two (2}, Westgate 4th Subdivision, an Addition <br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />Grantors have determined that the Grantee designated herein <br />is the person entitled to distribution of the real estate from <br />said estate. Grantors covenant with Grantee that Grantors have <br />legal power and lawful authority to convey and release the same. <br /> <br />The only four partners of Grantee are Charles D. Bosselman, <br />FI'edrick A. Bosselman, Barbara Graves and Mary Sahling and each <br />cfthem own equal percentages of that partnership.
