Smith of 2412 South August, Grand Island, Ne- <br />braska, being first duly sworn on oath, deposes and says as fol- <br />lows: <br /> <br />1. Donald Eugene Smith died testate and a resident of <br /> <br /> <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, on the 27th day of July, <br /> <br />1983. No proceedings [or probate of his Will has been commenced, <br /> <br />and none IS contemplated. <br /> <br />2. The Decedent left him survIving 85 his sole heirs- <br /> <br />at-law the following persons: Margaret C. Smith, his widow; and <br /> <br />five children, Roxanne Smith, Rochelle Smith, Ramona Smith, Ray- <br /> <br />mond Smith, and Russell Smith. <br /> <br />3. The only property 10 which the Decedent had an inter- <br /> <br />est was property owned by him In joint tenancy with his surviving <br /> <br />spouse, Margaret C Smith. Such property comprised a Buick two- <br />door Regal automobile, a Ford pickup truck, a Honda motorcycle, <br /> <br />savings, checking accollllt and the following-described real estate, <br />being the home residence o[ thl~ Decedent and his surviving spouse <br /> <br />and described as [allows: <br /> <br />tot Seven (7) in Block Five (5) in <br />Country Club SubdiVision, in the City <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />4. All of such property is exempt to Margaret C.
