<br />It could be that tbe 10IUl secul'lld by the Security Instrument is subject to a law which sets maximum

<br />in connection with the Joan would exceed permitted limits. If this is the case, then: (A) any such loan
<br />charge shall be reduced by the amount neceeeary to reduce the charge to the permitted limit; and (B) any
