Southwest corner of Section 6, Township 9 North, Range 10, West ot the 6th P.~f., Hall County, Nebraska, thence North along the West line of said Section 6, a distance of 3,447 feet, plus or minus, to a point; thence east along a line parallel to the South section line of said Section b a distance of 3,932.83 to a point; thence South along a line parallel with the West line of said Section b a distance of 60 feet to a point; thence west along a line parallel with the South line of said Section 6 a distance of 350 feet to the point of beginning: Thence South on a line parallel with the West line of said Section 6 a.distance of 131 feet to a point; thence westerly 225 feet along a.llne to a POlllt; thence North it distancl' of 131.34 feet along a line parallel with the West line of said Section 6 to a point; thence east a distance of 225 feet along a line parallel to the South line of said Section 6 to the point of beginning. which lease was issued to the Assignot~ by Werner Equioment, Inc. tooether with all buildings and improvements now or hereafter placed thereon as additional security for said loan and subject to the conditions of this Agreement and the Security Agreement and Financing Statement from Assianors to Assionees which instruments are by reference made a part of this instrument as fully as if set forth herein. Assignors further covenant that this agreement may, at the Assionees election. become absolute in the event of violation by Assionors of any of the con4ition~of said lease, this assignment, the Security Aareement and FinancinQ Statement hereinbefore referred to existing between the oarties.
