<br />hereinafter called the Mortgagor and the Secretary of the Department of Housing and
<br />urban Developnent
<br />party of the second part, hereinafter called the Mortgagee.

<br />WITNESSETlJ: That the said Mortgagor, is justly indebted to the Mortgagee in the

<br />($ t24,200.00 ) which principal SUlll will not exceed an amount ccrnputed under the terms
<br />of the Note executed by said Mortgaqor on August: 2, 1983 , with interest, in accordance

<br />Bargain, Sell, convey and Confirm unto the Mortgagee, its successors and assigns the following

<br />Mor1:9agee, and to its SUC~S$Ol's and assigns, forever. The Mortgaqor represents to, and
<br />covenants with, the MortgAgee, that ~~e Mortgagor has good right to sell and convey said

<br />The Mortgagor in order more fully to protect the security of this Mortgage, agrees:

<br />1. That he will pay the indebtedness, as hereinbefore provided. Privilege is
<br />ruerved to pay the debt in whole, or in an amount equal to one or more monthly payments
