<br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />83-003861 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on January 28, 1983, a previous unvalidated conveyance <br />of a part of Lot Six (6) in Block Twenty-eight (28) in Russel <br />Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebrask4, <br />was continued by conveyance from Eldon Earl Masten, a single person, <br />as Grantor, to Kevin P. Masten and Carlene M. Masten, husband and <br />wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship and not as tenants <br />in cOlllmon, as Grantees, by Survivorship Warranty Deed recorded in <br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />Document No. 83-009494, conveying the South Seventy-five and Eighty- <br />five Hundredths (S75,85) Feet of Lot Six (6) in Block Twenty-eight <br />(28) ~n Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lot Six (6) in Block Twenty-eight (28) in Russel <br />Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, NebraSka, <br />contained two pre-~xisting dwel11ng"" one of winch was lc;cated upon <br />that part of the lot conveyed by Eldon Earl Masten, a sinqle per.son, <br />as Grantor, to Kevin P. Masten and Carlene M.
