COUNTY OF HALL ) 83- 003824 AFFIDAVIT The undersigned, Virgil Roush, bein$ duly sworn, deposes and says that he is one and the same wlth Virgil Roush who filed Roush Pleasantville Terrace Subdivision on August 6, 1958, affecting real estate described as: Lots Twenty (20) and Twenty One (21), the South Twenty (20) Feet of Lot Nineteen (19), the West 313 Feet of Lot Thirty (30), and the West Eighteen (18) Feet of Lot Twenty Nine (29), and the West Eighteen (18) Feet of the South Twenty (20) Feet of Lot Twenty Eight (28) of Matthew's Subdivision as platted and recorded; said tract being in the Northwest Quarter (NW%) of Section Twenty Seven (27), Township Eleven (11), North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and containing 6.165 acres, more or less, and that the Joseohine C. Roush who joined in the filing of the subdivisio~ is his mother and was a single person at that time. Affiant further states that he is the same Virgil Roush who waa a partner in Roush Trailer S.les, a co-partnership, and that his partner therein was Orval O. Roush. they being the sole partners, Affiant further states that at the time of the dedication of the subdivision, Josephine C. Roush was a widow.
