BE IT ORDAH_ED BY 1'HEMAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: SECTION 1. Street Improvement District No. 1028 in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, is hereby created. SECTION 2.
