<br />1983, First National Bank & Trust Company of Lincoln, a national
<br />banking corporation, plaintiff, filed a Petition in the County
<br />Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Keith D. Stubbs and
<br />Joyce E. Stubbs, the object and prayer of which is to foreclose a
<br />certain mortgage of $19,000.00, on the following described real
<br />
<br />estat~~, to-wit:

<br />Lot Sixteen (16), Island Acres Number Six
<br />(6), a repIat of Lots Nineteen (19) and
<br />Twenty (20), Island Acres, City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />
<br />given by Keith D. Stubbs and Joyce E, Stubbs, then husband and
<br />
<br />wife, em August 4, 1971, to the plaintiff. and that said mortgage
<br />
<br />was duly filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds
<br />
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, on August 10, 1971, and duly recorded
<br />
<br />in :Book 155 of Mortgages, Page 51, tn the records of said county.
<br />
<br />As of June 22, 1983, plaintiff claims that there is due as
<br />
<br />principal $15.959.69, and as interest $670.68, plus assessed late
<br />
<br />chargE~S: in the amount of $35.18, less a positive escrow balance
<br />
<br />of $11,45, plus interest at a rate of
<br />
<br />per annum thereafter on
<br />
<br />said mortgage note it was given to secure, and it prays for the
<br />
<br />
<br />sale of the real estate above described, to satisfy the amount
<br />
<br />
<br />found due on its mortgage, interest and costs.
