CCIl'Prising a part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter <NW>4~) of Section 'tWenty-one (21), in Tamship Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of. the 6th P.M., rore particularly described as follows: fran William S. & Gail L. Schuermann This AssigI'llrent is given as security for the indebtedness mentioned hereinabove and as security for such other sums as nay be advanced in accorda1x:e with -the terms of the aforerrentioned pranissory note and. this Assignment. In the event such indebtedness, future advances, interest and such othE~r sums as may be advanced in accordance with the terms of the aforementioned prani.ssory note and this A."3sigI'llTent are well and truly paid in accordance with the terms therin contained, then this Assignment shall be void, otherwise to remain in full force and effect. 'The undersigned Assignors shall continue to nake all payments to be madE! according to the terns of the land contract which is herein assigned as siecurity as they becare due according to the terms of said land contract. Should, at any time, Assignee advance any payments in respect to anounts owing on said 1and contract in order to protect its security interest therein, be such advances for the payroont of principal, interest or taxes, this Assignrrent shall ~rate as security for the repayment to assignee of all sums so paid with interest fran the date of such payment equivalent to that provided in the aforerrentioned pranissory note. It is expressly understood that nothing herein cont;ained shall be oonstrued as a covenant or agreement on the part of the Assignee to assune or pay any part of purchase price in respect to the real estate described in the land contract or to pay any taxes or encumbrances there- on. In the event of default by the Assignors in respect to their obligations Oiling to Assignee, Assignor hereby authorize the sellers of the real estate desGribed. in the aforementioned land contract to execute and make delivery of a deed to Assignee, upon notice of such default being given to the sellers therein.
