The Escrow Agent shall credit to <br /> <br />the Sedlers such amount and shall deliver the Same to the Sellers <br /> <br />upon demand. The Escrow Agent shall acknowledge receipt of the <br /> <br /> <br />Warranty Deed, insurance policies, and a copy of this Agreement <br /> <br />as they are provided.
