MILLER, husband and wife, herein <br />called the Grantors, in consideration of Seventeen Thousand Five <br />Hundred and No/lOO Dollars ($17,500.00) received from Grantees, <br />do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto JAMES A. BU~~ETT and <br />MARY 1..
