Arnold and <br />Manila Arnold, husband and wife, of the County of Hall, State <br />of Nebraska, in consideration of. the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) <br />and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged do hereby grant to Kirk G. Arnold and Manila <br />Arnold, and to their successors and assigns, an easement forever <br />for a right-of-way ten feet in width to be used for the <br />construction, operation and maintenance of one or more utilities <br />and appurtenant equipment, in, under, upon and across the <br />following described lands of the grantors, situated in the <br />County cf Hall, State of Nebraska, and more particularly <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />The Northerly Ten Feet (N 10') of the West <br />Half (W 1/2) of Lot Five (5), Block Nine <br />(9), in the Original Town of Cairo, Hall <br />County, Nebraska; <br /> <br />this easement is in favor of and for the purpose of obtaining <br />utility service to the Easterly One-Half (E 1/2) of Lots Five <br />(5) and Six (6) of Block Nine (9) in the Original Town of <br />Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />Together with the right and privilege to reconstruct, <br />inspect, alter, improve, remove or relocate utility lines on <br />the right-of-way above described, with all rights and privileges <br />necessary or convenient for the full enjoyment or use thereof <br />for the above-mentioned purposes, together with operation and <br />maintenance of said utilities, including but not limited to <br />electric, water and sewer including the right of ingress and egress <br />over adjoinir~ lands of grantors for the purpose of exercising <br />the easement herein granted. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the grantors have executed this <br />agreement this ~ day of June, 1983. 7 <br /> <br /> <br />~~ARN= <br /> <br /><-.';;-] ,~/ ~'./ <br />/', I u,.<h<-/ia-r<::'.C,-- <br />MANILA ARNOLD <br /> <br /> <br />SUBSCRIBED and sworn to before me this <br />1983. <br /> <br />of June, <br />
