VIETH, husband and wife, each <br />in their own right and as spouse of the other, herein called the <br />Grantors, for and in consideration of the issuance and receipt of <br />stock in the family corporation received from Grantee, do grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto RSV FARMS, INC., a <br />Nebraska corporation, herein called the Grantee, the <br />following-described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br /> <br />The East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E~NE~1 <br />of Section six (6), Township Twelve (121 North, <br />Range Eleven (Ill, West of the 6th P.M. <br /> <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above-described, together <br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto <br />belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's successors and <br />assigns forever. And Grantors hereby covenant with the said <br />Grantee and with Grantee's successors and assigns, that Grantors <br />are lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free from <br />encumbrance and that Grantors have good right and lawful <br />authoritv to sell the same; and Grantors hereby covenant to <br />warrant ~nd defend the title to said premises against the lawful <br />claims of all persons whomsoever.
