<br />JOHN P. REILLY and BARBARA A. REILLY, husband and wife, each
<br />in his and her own right and as spouse of the other, herein
<br />called the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of
<br />TWENTY-THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($23,000.00) received from
<br />Grantees, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto
<br />BRUCE L SMITH and .TUDITH ANN SMITH, husband and wife, as joint
<br />tenants with right of survivorship, herein called the Grantees,
<br />the following-described real estate in Hall County', Nebraska:

<br />Riverside Acres, an addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, according
<br />to the recorded plat thereof, and a tract of
<br />land comprising a part of Lot Twelve (12),
<br />Block Two (21, replat of Riverside Acres, an
<br />addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />more particularlY described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot
<br />12, thence easterly along the North line of
<br />said Lot 12, a distance of Forty (40.0) Feet,
<br />thence southeasterly, a distance of One
<br />Hundred Eighteen and Seven Tenths (118.7)
<br />Feet, to the Southeast corner of Lot 11,
<br />Rlock 2; thence northwesterly along the
<br />southwesterly line of said Lot 12, a distance
<br />of One Hundred Thirtv-Two (132,0) Feet to the
<br />place of beginning,

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above-described, together
<br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br />belonging, unto the said Grantees and to Grantees I heirs and
<br />assigns forever. Grantors hereby covenant with the said Grantees
<br />and with Grantees' heirs and assigns, that Grantors are lawfully
<br />seized of said premises, that they are free from encumbrance and
<br />that Grantors have good right and lawful authority to sell the
<br />same; and Grantors hereby covenant to warrant and defend the
<br />title to said premises against the lawful claims of all persons
<br />whomsoever; the said Grantors hereby relinquish all right, title,
<br />claim and interest in and to the above-described premises.
