<br />BRADY AND ASSX:IATES, rNC., whether one or nore, herein called the
<br />~rtgagor, and The OVerland Naional I3ank of Grand Island, Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the ~rtgagee, hereby agree as follows:

<br />1. /.brtgagor has executed and delivered to MJrtgagee a real estate
<br />IlDrtgage dated May 1, 1981, and recorded on May 7, 1981, as Ibclll1Ent No.
<br />81-002342 in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, in
<br />consideratioo of a certain IlDrtgage note for $40,000.00, a valid subsisting
<br />obligatioo of the /.brtgagor, and payment of the remainder of the principal
<br />and accrued interest thereon shall he due according to the terms of the
<br />aforementioned real estate IlDrtgage, TlIXlified and payable in the follONing
<br />l!IlIlIler:

<br />A nortgage note dated May 1, 1981, on which a principal
<br />balance of $39,000.32 ranains unpaid, will he repaid with
<br />monthly payments of $544.10, applied first to interest
<br />and then to principal, beginning June 1, 1983, until
<br />May I, 1985, at which time the entire unpaid principal
<br />balance and accrued interest is due and payable in full.
<br />The interest rate is 14.0% effective May 1, 1983.
<br />
<br />2. All other terms and conditions contained in the original real
<br />estate IlDrtgage dated May 1, 1981, shall remain the sarre, and this Modifi-
<br />cation Ag:rearent is made a part of the original real estate rrortgage by
<br />reference and shall inure to all successors and assigns and their heirs.
