<br />In consideration of the extension of the time of payment of the original promissory note
<br />hereinafter described, the undersigned, Dwayne E. Pi oal and Marc; Of> M. Pi nal:
<br />~P,ao.d and Wife , hereoy covenant and agree to pay to The First
<br />National Bank of Grand I sland, Grand Island, Nebraska, or order, the principal sum of
<br />Fifty-four. Thousand and 00/100------------------------------_____ _____________________
<br />($ 54.000.00 1, together with interest thereon at 14.0 per cent per
<br />annum from the date hereof, such sum to be payable on November 1, 1983 Interest
<br />shall be payable at maturity on November 1, 1983
<br />
<br />The original principal note in the amount of Fifty-Four Thousand and 00/100------------
<br />--_____~_____n__________ ($ 54,000.00 ) was executed and delivered by
<br />the undersigned under the date of November 2, 1981 , to The First National
<br />Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, and was due and payable on the 30th
<br />day of April, 1982 , together with interest at 17.0 per
<br />cent per,annum and secured by Real Estate Mortgage to The First National Bank of Grand
<br />Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, .lI:lelt19~XP!3ged Document # 81-005568, #82~001832 & #82-005274
<br />in the Mortgage Records of Hall County. Nebraska
<br />
<br />The undersigned agrees to pay such extended balance of principal of Fi fty-Four Thousand
<br />and 00/100--------------------------------------______ ($ 54,000.00 ), together
<br />with interest thereon at 14.0 per cent per annum, such principal and
<br />interest to be payable in lawful money of the United States of Amet'ica at The First Nat-
<br />ional Bank of Grand Island, Gt'and Island, Neb.'aska,
<br />
<br />All of the covenants and agreements in such ol'iginal note and the Real Estate Mortgage a-
<br />bove-described, other than hereinbefore modified, shall be and remain unchanged and in
<br />full force and effect during such ex tended period, I f default be made in payment of any
<br />principal sum, the entire principal sLIm with inte"est thereon, shall become immediately
<br />due and payable at the election of the le<pl holdet' thereof.

<br />In further consideration of such extension of time of payment of such indebtedness, I here-
<br />by ratify and confirm such mortgage ,'ecQt'ded as, Documents #81-005568, #82-001832 & #82-0052i
<br />in Real Estate Mortgage records of Ha 11
<br />County, Nebraska , <lS the first mortgage lien upon
<br />the real pt'operty described therein, <lnd the whole of the title thet'eto as now owned by me.

<br />The undersigned executes this Extension ^~rcement with "efe,-ence to <lnd on the faith and
<br />credit of their property, which they now own or have an interest in or hereafter may ac"
<br />quire; the express intention being to ch<lrge and to continue to charge any and all of such
<br />property with t'le paymcnt or the indebtedness, the payment of which is herein extended.
