<br />In consideralion of the extension of the time of payment of the original promissory note
<br />hereinafter described. the undersigned, Dwayne E. Pipal and Marcine M. Pipal.
<br />Husband and Wi fe , hereBy covenant and agree to pay to The First
<br />National Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, or order, the principal sum of

<br />$ 54,000.00 __l, together with interest thereon at 16.0 per cent per
<br />annum from the date hereof, such sum to be payable on May 25. 1983 Interest
<br />shall be payable at maturity on May 25, 1983

<br />The original principal note in the amount of Fift -Four Thousand and 00 100--------------__

<br />the undersigned under the date of November 2, 1981 , to The First National
<br />Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, and was due and payable on the 30th
<br />day of April, 1982 , together with interest at 17.0 per
<br />cent per .annumand secured by Real Estate Mortgage to The First National Bank of Grand
<br />Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, r;eoor.eclCal6 recorded as Document #81-005568. #82-001832 &
<br />in the Mortgage Records of . Hall County, Nebraska #82-005274.

<br />The undersigned agrees to pay such extended balance of principal of Fifty-Four Thousand
<br />and 00/100-----------------------------------------____($ 54,000.00 l, together
<br />with interest thereon at 16.0' . per cent per annum, such principal and
<br />interest to be payable in lawful money of t'ile-United States of America at The Fir'st Nat-
<br />ional Bank of Grand Island, Gt'and Island, Nebl'aska,

<br />All of the covenants and ag,'eements in such ol'iginal note and the Real Estate Mortgage a-
<br />bovEKlescribed, other than hereinbefore modified, shall be and remiJin unchanged and in
<br />full for'ce and effect during such ex tended period. I f default be made in payment of any
<br />principal sum, the entire principal sum with intel'est thereon, shall become immediately
<br />due and payable at the election of the !e9al holder thereof.

<br />In further consideration of such extension of time of payment of such indebtedness, I here-

<br />The undersigned executes this Extension Agr'eement with refe"ence to and on the faith and
<br />credit of their property, which they now own or have an intel'est in or hereafter may ac-
<br />quire; the express intention being to charge and to continue to charge any and all of such
<br />property with t!le payment of the indebtedness, the pilyment of which is herein extended.
