<br />the cost of extending tbe abstract of title from tbe date of this loan to tbe time of commencing such foreclosure suit, and a rea-
<br />sonable attorney's fee, all of wbich shall be included in the decree of !foreclosure; and the contract embodied in thismongage
<br />and the note secured hereby, shall in all respects be governed, construed and adjudged by the laws of Nebraska, where the
<br />sameis made.
<br />The covenants berein contained shall bind, and the henefits and advantages shall insure to, the respective heirs, executors,
<br />administtators, successors and assigns of tbe parties bereto. Whenever used, the singular number shall include tbe plural,tbe
<br />pltiraltbe singular, and tbe use of any gender shall be applicable to all genders.
<br />The foregoing conditions, all and singular, being performed according to tbeir natural and legal import, this conveyance
<br />sball he void and said premises released at tbe expense of the Mortgagor; otherwise to be and remain in full force and effect.
