<br />10. That the Mortgagor will keep the buiJdingsupoil said premises in good repair, and neither commit nor permit waste
<br />upon said land, nor suffer the said premises to be used for any unlawful purpose.
<br />n. That if the premises, or any part thereof, be condemned under the power of eminent domain, or acquired for a public
<br />use, the damages awarded; the proceeds for the taking of, or the consideration for such acquisition, to the extent of the full
<br />amount of' indebtednes upon this mortgage and the' note which it - is. given to secure remaining unpaid. are hereby assigned--by-the
<br />Mortgagor to the Mortgagee, and shall be paid forthwith to said Mortgagee to be applied by the latter on account of thenexI

<br />12. The Mcrtgagor further agrees that should this mortgage and the note secured hereby not be eligible for in-
<br />surance under tile National Housing Act within 30 Days .. from the dalehereof (written statementofanyofficer
<br />of .l~e Department of Housing and Urban Development or authorized agent of the Secretary of Housing and Urban
<br />{)evelopment datedsubse<juent to the. S ta ted . time from the date of this mortgage, declining to i~suresaid
<br />note and this mortgage, being deemed conclusive proof of such ineligibility), the Mortgagee or holder of the note
<br />may, at its option, declare all sums securred hereby immediately due and payable.

<br />plural the singular; and the use of any gender shall be applicable to all genders.
<br />The foregoing conditions, all and singular, being performed according to their natural and legal import, this conveyance
