<br />83-uv262J <br /> <br />'" <br /> <br />NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />TT~"''f <br />..LI.1..ul"'4 <br /> <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA) <br />) ss. <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br /> <br />Robert Jacobsen, being first duly sworn on oath, deposes <br />and states that he is the President of Piper's Glen OWners <br />Association, a Nebraska Non-Profit Corporation, organized to <br />provide for maintenance, preservation and control of residential <br />lots and common areas within a certain tract of land described <br />as Piper's Glen Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />,County, Nebraska. . <br /> <br />Pursuant to the By-Laws and Declarations of said Corpor- <br />ation an annual assessment fee is assessed against the owners <br />of lots in said Subdivision, all as provided in the Articles <br />of Incorporation and the Declaration, both on file with the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall Countv, Nebraska. <br />o....l.J _,,",.1"'''' t\..,v ft):r <br />That Larry W. Blawnorn and Michele R. BIOWhorn, husband <br />and wife, are the owners of Lot bP.E , Piper's Glen Subdivision <br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and known <br />as 204 Piper Street, Apartment 1, Grand Island, and members of <br />said Piper's Glen Owners Assocation and subject to assessments as <br />determined by the Board of Directors of said Corporation. <br /> <br />That the Board of Directors of said Corporation has fixed <br />the amount of assessment against the above-described lot more <br />than thirty (30) days prior to the annual assessment period <br />and notice of such assessment has been sent to the above-named <br />owners as well as all other owners; that more than thirty (30) <br />days have elapsed since such assessment was made and that the <br />same has not been paid and that more than three (3) months <br />have expired since the amount of said assessment was deter- <br />mined and that the Board of Directors have heretofore elected <br />to declare that the entire yearly assessment against said <br />property in the sum of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) is <br />now due and payable, together with interest and costs as provided <br />by said Declaration. <br /> <br />That a copy of this Notice of Lien is being mailed by <br />certified, return receipt mail to the above-named owners at <br />their residence. <br /> <br />Dated at Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, this IQ day <br />of May, 1983. <br /> <br />PIPER'S GLEN OWNERS ASSOCIATION, <br />A Corporation, <br /> <br />Subscribed and sworn to <br /> <br />~/~7 . --} ,4 <br />By' fir" ..
