BEING FIRST DULY SWORN, DEPOSES AND says that she is Secretary <br />oTttteCha~ Conference of FIRST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, a religious corporation <br />at Grand Island, Nebraska. That on the 21st day of April, 1983, the following <br />printed notice was mailed to each and every member of the FIRST UNITED METHODIST <br />CHURCH as they are identtfied on the official membership roll of said church: <br /> <br />SPECIAL CHURCH C<JiFERENCE <br /> <br />May 8, 1983 <br /> <br />10:05 a.m. in the Sanctuary <br /> <br />Purpose: To pass a resolution authorizing a new mortgage to be taken on the <br />parsonage (4214 W. Capital). The new mortgage will be for $30,000 <br />and will payoff the two existing mortgages. <br /> <br />All members of the church are eligible to vote. <br /> <br />And further, that at this meeting of the members of the said church held at the <br />time and place designated in said notice, the Resolution set out here was duly <br />proposed and adopted by the members present, with a vote of R for <br />and-'L.., agaInst, and the motion was declared as carried. - <br /> <br />RESOLUTIOO <br /> <br />Resolved, that the FIRST LttITED METHODIST CHURCH of GRAND ISLAND, a <br />religious corporation under the laws of the State of Nebraska, borrow <br />the.
