<br />nant or warranty expressed or implied, all of the following
<br />described real estate, to-wit:

<br />IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA;

<br />this conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on
<br />the Grantor by that ,Trust Deed dated June 5, 1978 and recorded
<br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Douglas County,
<br />Nebraska on June 7, 197B ,is document #7B-00350S of the Mortgage
<br />Records of said county, which Deed of Trust was assigned to
<br />FHS Mortgage Corporation, formerly FBS Homes, Inc., bet,.,een
<br />Dennis C. Schuchman and Sharen K. Schuchman, husband and I.life,
<br />as Trustors and 11. M. !10rse, Trustee and l'!estern Securities
<br />Company as beneficiary, wherein the Trustors qranted and con-
<br />veyed to such Trus tee, on the 'rrus t therei n expressed, the
<br />property hereinabove described to secure, amonq other ob1i-
<br />qations. the 1:J.a;;;;~: of a certai n note and i nt,erest described
<br />in said Trust Deed accordinq to the terms thereof and after
<br />the fulfi llment of the condi tions speci fied in the Trust. Deed
<br />authorizinq this conveyance by reason of a breach Clnd default
<br />by the Trustors made under the terms of said Trust Deed in the
<br />particulars set forth in the Notice of Default filed bv the
<br />Trustee, which default continued until the tiffe of sale"t
<br />which sale the property was sold to the hiqhest bidder, the
<br />Grantee herein, following the notice of sale as required by
<br />law.

<br />The Trustee, at the t.ime and place of sale fixed as afore-
<br />said, then and there sold, at nublic auction to Grantee, who
<br />was the highest bidder therefore, the property hereinabove de-
<br />scribed.

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment clUd in
<br />accordance with t,he request of the beneficiary, the undersigned
<br />as'l'rustee by these presents does hereby qrant, remise, release
<br />and convey to Fas Mortgage Corooration all the interest and
<br />est.atE'! derivE'!d to said Trustee by or throuqh said Trust Deed
<br />in the a.Qove described premises together with all buildings,
<br />fix,tures, ill1.prQvemEUlt.s and appurtenances belonain0 to said
