<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned Roadrunner Development, Inc.. a Nebraska Corpora-
<br />tion, is the owner of the following described lots within Roush Subdivision, a
<br />re-subdivision of the North Five Hundred Forty~Ifiree (N543.0) feet of Lots One
<br />thcYxx3h Fifteen, inclusive, of Matthews Subdivision of part of the Nort2;west

<br />Rarx~ idine (9), West of the 6th P.M., as sham on the plat heretofore filed
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />WHEREAS , paragraph 12 of the Agreement far Protective Oovenaists, E{~ests'.iC-
<br />tions and Cnniitians for Kush Subdivision, as recorded in Book 8 at Page: 475
<br />of the Miscellaneous Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hail
<br />county, Nebraska, provides that such omtective cotnaiants, restrictiona end
<br />c~zditions for Roush Subdivision shall be automatically extended for sueoessive
<br />periods of tat (10) years unless changed or modified b y a vote of a majority of
<br />the then a~mers of the lots of said addition, and
<br />Wt1ERFhS, such a7v-~ants, restrictions and conditions for Pouch Subdivision
<br />are presently in effect until January 1, 1985, and it is the desire of the
<br />undersigned Poadnuuier Develounent, Inc., and Ruth Goding to rescind and tP.znti-
