BE IT ORDAINED RY THE MAYOR AND COUNCZL OF THE CITY PF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: SECTION 1. 5t rear improvement District No. 1081 in the City of Grand Island, Nebras ke, is hereby created. SECTION 2.
