BB IT ORDAINED RY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND Island, nebraalca--; SECTION 1. Street Improvement District No. 1096 an the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, is hereby created. SECTION Z. The bounder acs of the dlatric2 shall be as follows: Beginning at a po ant on the South right-of-way line of 29th Street, said point being 253.0 feel West of the Weat right-of-ray line of Indiana Avenue; thence South parallel to the west right-of-ray line of Indiana Avenue a distance of 338.0 feet; thence Weat parallel to the South right -of way Lane of 19th Street a distance of 730.0 feat to the West ri9nt-of-way tine of Illinois Avenue; theme North on the West nghi-of-way line of 112inois Avenue a distance of 326.0 feet; thence East parallel to the North :fight-of-way line of 19th Street a dist ante of 730.0 feat; [hence South a distance of 18e.0 feet to the point of beginning, all as shorn on the plat marked Exhibit 'A' attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. SECTION 3. The following street in the diatuct shall be improved Dy paving, curbing, qutte ung, and all incidental work in connection therer itho Nineteenth Street from Illinois Avenue to 253 feet West of Indiana Avenue. Said improvea~e nts shall be made in accordance with plane and spacif icat ions prepared by the Engineer for the Cicy and aDProved Oy the Mayor and Council. SECTION ;. The improvements shall ba made ac publse coat, but the cost thereof, eacluding :nteraections, shall be nsaeaaed upon the iota and lands in the district specially benefited thereby, as provided by Iar. SECTION 5. This ordinance shall De ~n force and take effect from and after its passage, approval, and gubiicau on, without the plat, as provided by law. SECTION 6. This ordinance, with the plat, is hereby directed to be filed in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebr askn. SECTION 7, After passage, approval, and publication of this ordinance, notice of the creation of said district shall be published an the Grand Island Daily Independent, a legal newspaper published and of general circulation an said City, as provided by law.
