BE IT ORDAINED BY TNEMAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GMND ISLAND, NEBRASRA~ 38LTION 1. Street Improvement District No. 1097 in the City of Grand Island, [Nbrmka, is hereby created. SECTION 2. Tne boundaries of the district obeli be as follore; Beginning ac a point where the South right-of-way line of 20tH Street interaecta the Eaat line of Lot 12, Geer Subdivision; finance ~ SOUth on the Emt line of said Lot 12 a distance of 115.4 fast, Z more or less, co the North right-of-way line of the storm dralnnga -r ~ outfall; thence Nea on the North right-of-way line of the storm ~ drainage outfall to the Wort ham teely right-of-way line of the ' < Burlington Northers Railroadr thence running nozt hwesterly on the `~ a northeasterly right-of-way line of the Burlington Northern Railroad W K 0 to a point 183.4 feet Nar±h of the Neat prolongation of the North ~ right-of-way line of 20th Street that lays in a true EsaL and Waat ~ direction; thence East parallel to and 183.4 feet North of the y~ North right-of-ray line of 20th Street and its West prolongation to the Eaat line of Lot 13, Geer Subdivision; thence South on the _ East line of said Lot 12 a distance o£ 2{3.4 feet to the point of beginning, all as aborn on the plat marked Exhibit 'A' attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
